Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains the order processing times, delivery methods, and conditions for all orders placed in our online store YK3D Home. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
The processing time depends on the type of product purchased:
3D Printed Products (LSD / FDM):
Standard production time: 7–14 business days, depending on the number of current orders.
Large models (scale 1/35 and 1/16) or highly detailed models:
14–40 business days, depending on the workload.
Ready-made products (in stock):
Shipping within 1–2 business days.
Digital products (STL files):
Delivered instantly after payment via a download link. No physical shipping required.
⚠️ Please note: Processing times may be extended during holiday periods or times of high demand.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

the selected delivery method,
-
the weight and size of the shipment,
-
the destination country.
We use current rates provided by our logistics partners.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
-
domestic delivery via InPost (parcel lockers & pick-up points),
-
international shipping to most countries worldwide via Polish Post (Poczta Polska).
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery:

LSD/FDM printed models → protective wrapping + rigid box
-
Miniatures → shock-absorbing internal protection
-
Large models → reinforced packaging with additional protective layers
5. Possible Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
-
public holidays and non-working days,
-
courier service delays,
-
customs clearance for international shipments,
-
extreme weather conditions.
In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Liability & Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for:
-
incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer,
-
delays caused by shipping carriers,
-
customs duties, VAT, or any additional import charges imposed by the destination country.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of both the packaging and the product.
7. Returns & Exchanges
3D printed products are custom-made, therefore they are generally non-refundable, except in the cases listed below.
Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged during transportation, the customer may request:
-
a replacement of the product, or
-
a replacement of the damaged part (if only one component is affected).
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
100% Refund – Return of Goods in Perfect Condition
A full refund (100%) is possible if:
-
the customer returns the product to the manufacturer,
-
the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.
The refund will be issued after the returned item has been inspected.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
50% Refund – Order Cancellation After 10 Days
If the customer cancels the order after 10 days from the purchase date, a 50% refund will be issued.
This is because:

the product may already be completed or close to completion,
-
materials and production time have already been used.
Digital Products (STL Files)
Digital products (e.g., STL/OBJ files) are non-refundable,
as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
