STL File License Agreement – Personal Use License

This License Agreement applies to all digital products (STL files) purchased from YK3D Home.

By purchasing or downloading any STL file, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Type

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the purchased STL files for personal use only.

2. Permitted Use

You ARE allowed to:

download and store the STL file,

3D print the model for personal, non-commercial purposes,

modify the file for your own private use.

3. Prohibited Use

You are strictly NOT allowed to:

❌ Share, upload, distribute, or send the STL file to any third party
❌ Resell or redistribute the digital file
❌ Sell 3D prints made from the file
❌ Publish the STL online (Thingiverse, Cults3D, CGTrader, etc.)
❌ Use the file in any commercial production
❌ Claim the design as your own
❌ Convert the file into another format and redistribute it

Any violation of these terms terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Ownership

All digital files remain the sole intellectual property of YK3D Home.
You are purchasing a license to use, not the ownership of the design itself.

5. No Refunds

Digital files (STL) cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to track unauthorized distribution and pursue copyright violations.

STL File License Agreement – Commercial Use License (for Businesses)

This license option is available for businesses or individuals who wish to use the STL file commercially.

1. License Type

You are granted a limited commercial license to use the STL file for creating physical 3D printed items for sale.

2. Permitted Use

With a commercial license you MAY:

✔ 3D print physical products and sell them
✔ Use the STL file for manufacturing up to a reasonable quantity
✔ Modify the file for internal use (but modifications remain under the same license)
✔ Showcase printed models in marketing materials or product photos

3. Prohibited Use

You are strictly NOT allowed to:

❌ Resell, redistribute, publish, or share the STL file
❌ Offer the file as part of a product bundle
❌ Sell modified or remixed STL files
❌ Upload the file to marketplaces (Cults, MyMiniFactory, CGTrader, etc.)
❌ Transfer the license to another company or person
❌ Claim authorship of the original 3D design

You are licensing the right to print and sell physical items,
NOT the right to sell or distribute the file itself.

4. Ownership

The digital design and all intellectual property rights remain the property of YK3D Home.

5. Duration

The commercial license is valid permanently, unless:

terms are violated,
or the license is revoked due to misuse.

6. Enforcement
Unauthorized sharing or reselling of the STL file will result in:
termination of the license,
financial penalties,
possible legal action.
