100% Refund – Return of Goods in Perfect Condition

A full refund (100%) is possible if:

• the customer returns the product to the manufacturer,

• the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.

The refund will be issued after the returned item has been inspected.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

50% Refund – Order Cancellation After 10 Days

If the customer cancels the order after 10 days from the purchase date, a 50% refund will be issued.

This is because:

• the product may already be completed or close to completion,

• materials and production time have already been used.

Digital Products (STL Files)

Digital products (e.g., STL/OBJ files) are non-refundable,
as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
